Shipping:

Normally we will ship the orders within 24 hours after the confirmation of your payment; however, we will contact you if your order does not ship within 2 business days. A tracking number will be provided by email to you upon shipment.

Returns:

All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Return must be approved before being sent back. The buyer is responsible for any cost related to returning the merchandise. The shipping charges are non-refundable; a 20% restocking fee will be applied on all the returns.

Custom tie down orders typically require 1–3 business days depending on quantity and production volume. Each strap is carefully measured, assembled, and inspected before completion.

Where do I pick up my order?

All pickup orders are available at our Mega Cargo Control location. Please wait for confirmation before arriving to ensure your order is completed and ready.

How will I know when my order is ready?

You will receive a confirmation email once your custom straps are completed and ready for pickup or shipment.

What if I cannot pick up my order?

If you are unable to pick up your order, we can arrange to have it shipped. Please select a shipping option at checkout or contact us after placing your order.

Can custom straps be shipped instead of picked up?

Yes, custom straps can be shipped. Shipping times will begin after the production process is completed.

What is the difference between 30 ft straps and 40–60 ft straps?

Our 30 ft straps are standard, high-demand items that are pre-assembled and pre-packed in-house, making them available for immediate pickup. In contrast, 40, 50, and 60 ft straps are custom orders that require additional time as they are carefully measured, assembled, and undergo strength inspection before completion.
