1. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

4. What are your shipping prices?

All shipping prices are F.O.B. Cypress, CA. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, and all US territories. Some items may only qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous states—please check individual product listings for details.

5. Do you offer shipping guarantees?

Shipping is guaranteed by the shipping company. While we cannot control delays once the package leaves our facility, we will assist you in tracking your shipment and resolving any issues.

6. What does it mean if an item is listed as out of stock?

it means the item is currently out of stock. For B2B items or specialized orders, please contact us directly, as we may be able to create a custom order for you.

7. What is your return policy?

All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and must be approved by us before being sent back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

9. What if my product is defective?

Our liability for defective products is limited to the replacement cost. Any abuse or modification of the product voids the warranty. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective item.

12. Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes! Select "Pick Up in Store" at checkout. Pickup is available at:

13. What do I need for in-store pickup?

Bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID matching the order. No exceptions. Pickup hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM (closed daily from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM).

14. When will my pickup order be ready?

Stock orders are typically ready within 1 hour. Customized orders may take 1-2 business days (or up to 2-3 days for large quantities). You will receive a notification email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
