Pickup Requirements:
- Your confirmation email and a valid photo ID matching the order are required upon pick-up, with no exceptions.
- Pickup instructions will be included in your order confirmation email.
Pickup Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- CLOSED from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM (no pickups during this time)
Order Processing Times:
- Stock Orders:
- Stock orders are usually processed within an hour of receipt.
- Customized Orders:
- Normal Processing Time: Customized orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days based on the quantity.
- Small Quantity Orders: If the order is placed before 1:00 PM and we are not busy, small quantity orders can be ready within 1 business day.
- Large Quantity Orders: Larger quantity orders may take up to 2-3 business days to be ready.
